It's surprising this feature doesn't exist already. Seems simple enough to just dump all the mappings in a JSON file. After looking into `postcss-modules` I don't like how the `getJSON`...

This package is used in 2.4M public repos and when I searched to find out how to get the mappings it did surprise me that there isn't a way yet....

I think this could be added. I assume you're probably working with an iterator like `i` and don't want to do `i + 1`?

Not sure if this is still a pressing matter, but I do plan to implement zero indexed steps as soon as I can. Sorry it's taking so long.
