The structure of maven artifacts has been changed significantly since 23.1.0. Please read the blogpost I referenced. I think you need https://central.sonatype.com/artifact/org.graalvm.sdk/graal-sdk/versions to access org.graalvm.polyglot.Context for the version 23.0.4.
