I think you misunderstand my last comment. I can zap to the recorded channel before reboot. After restart the box will be started with the recorded channel. This won't work...

Why do you have skin files in /etc/enigma2 ?
Then you should use /etc/enigma2// ... and not /etc/enigma2/... for all files.
