This PR adds support for the realm protocol param as described in [rfc5849](https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc5849). It also contains a few unrelated/minor improvements. Best reviewed commit by commit.
Currently if cronex is started in multiple nodes, cron jobs will run several times in different nodes. The desired behaviour is to have multiple cronex instances that coordinate between them...
Log when a job is not run because the process from the last run is still running.

Add ability to specify jobs to run in multiple specific days like: ``` every [:monday, :tuesday, :wednesday, :thursday, :friday], at: "06:00" do # ... end ``` As discussed in #15.
