Same problem here, only in iPhone sync. Android shows notification normally.

Not all resolutions marked with ⚡️ (lightning) work on external display

Maybe now this works only native HiDPI resolutions (look at Display Resolutions at 12.x and 13 Ventura OSX), very sad, I use BetterDisplay to solve this limitation, but not smoth...
