This is a problem in zproc. The patch [here](https://github.com/scientifichackers/zproc/pull/11/commits/a2cd64d2c141048f9ac126322d64ba9a8f7f2a71) (basically open the serializer.py in zproc, and change 'from cloudpickle import cloudpickle' and change to just 'import cloudpickle' seems to fix...
