I don't think so. It's "deprecated" but not removed; `OpenGL.Framework` is present in `/System/Library/Frameworks`
What's the status of this issue? There was a PR that seems to solve most of the problems https://github.com/nix-rust/nix/pull/865 but it hasn't been touched in years.
