How to run the `rollout_episode` with `dummy_policy` for more than one scene, so that `quantify_outputs` gives metrics for example 100 scenes?

The given script `create-dev-environment.sh` requires `Username for 'https://gitlab.lrz.de':` The script should be updated with the GitHub version.
