Hello @puzpuzpuz, I am nearly done with all the changes. I still have a few unresolved ones.

I am now reviewing the implementation they have used (https://github.com/postgres/postgres/blob/4ddfbd2a8ea9b41ced0cad1d984c833085f8ce91/src/backend/utils/adt/arrayfuncs.c#L6598) to replicate the functionality when the `low` limit is higher than the `high` limit
