[Bug]: Uninstall script shouldn't delete existing bashrc and mindlessly pull from old backup

Ditto the above. `rm`ing someones config, without backup, on an uninstall, is a really really dangerous and bad idea. I have my own backups, luckily, but this scary bad IMO.

I don't quite understand the suggested fix yet either.
