`mill.bat` is a copy of `https://github.com/lefou/millw/blob/main/millw.bat` but with some changes for our environment. With --debug it gives the same result: > [1/1] init > [1/1] mill.scalalib.giter8.Giter8Module.init | Downloading [2/2] artifacts...
