@whitelowrie the issue which you had with IntelliJ is related to the weak support of SBT. It looks like IntelliJ do not respect updates of javaOpts in SBT: ` javaOptions...

The initial step was done here https://github.com/VirtusLab/scala-cli/pull/611 There is a need for follow-up PR connecting the environment properly.

@skimarxall is there any update on SSE? we are just looking for something like that for our service.
