When I try to upload an icon from https://developer.lametric.com no confirmation message is displayed and the icon is not downloaded in the icon folder.
I deleted the entire json.
It's working again!

Same issue here. You need to restart Home Assistant to get it running again, but after a while the same error(s) occure.
