I can repro this issue at iOS platform on the latest 17.12.0 preview 3(8.0.92), but it works fine on 8.0.91. **8.0.91:**  **8.0.92:**

This issue can be reproduced at iOS platform on the latest 17.13 Preview 1(8.0.100 &8.0.92).

Using sample project and automatic click tools can reproduce this issue at Windows platform. Usually, you need to click repeatedly to dozens of times. The test version 8.0.40. 
I can repro this issue at Android platform on the latest 17.12.0 Preview 1.0(8.0.82 & 8.0.80).
I can repro this issue at Android platform on the latest 17.12.0 Preview 2.1(8.0.90 & 8.0.91).
I can repro this issue at iOS platform on the latest 17.12.0 Preview 1.0(8.0.80 & 8.0.72).
I can repro this issue at Android & iOS platform on the latest 17.12.0 Preview 2.1(9.0.0-rc.2.24503.2 & 9.0.0-rc.1.24453.9).
