Getting the id of the person who has just left the field of view of the Camera.

Hi. I was curious how we can get the ID of the person who has just left the field of view of the camera while being tracked in the camera...

"ERROR: No matching distribution found for tensorflow-gpu==1.11.0 (from -r requirements.txt (line 1))" while installing requirements.txt
