This depends on #1933 quite a bit, as @yulolimum mentioned. Let's pause until we figure that out.

We're going to move this to a Cookbook item and not include it in Ignite by default.

So I hate to re-open issues, but I fear this one will never be resolved. So this issue is henceforth permanently open.

Very weird! If you add that `ToggleStorybook` to a vanilla RN CLI or Expo CLI app, does it also conflict @janhorubala?

Rethinking this, I think it would be a good idea to have this command be `ignite issue`. We should also ask if it's a problem with Bowser or the CLI...

@Andrewngabriel Are you for sure running `ignite create`? Because the proper command should be `npx ignite-cli new MyApp`. If you're using the latter, someone in the Infinite Red Community reported...
