虽然实用golang 编译的二进制在windows 上运行没问题， 但不是很建议， 维护并不方便。docker 的优势没了 一个 postgresql 的安装维护都会劝退很多人
这个需要在前端显示时转换，暂时未实现

默认还没有翻译，需要手工翻译下，后续版本会考虑把翻译好的数据嵌入初始化
