Quick Start Inaccurate

Hi,

I'd like to try this RADIUS server, but the quick start guide is inaccurate and I cannot figure out how to build it on my own. Specifically, this part of the guide returns a 404: 'curl https://github.com/talkincode/toughradius/releases/download/v8.0.1/toughradius_x86-64 -O /tmp/toughradius'

Can you update the instructions please so that I may try this RADIUS server?
