Is this meant to be a plateless build?

I can't quite tell if this is meant to work with the Keebio top plate or not. Not sure if you've fully built yours up yet, but a couple build/finished pics would be super helpful. I'm considering getting the 60 left & right printed, just want to make sure I'll know how to build it up.
