The documentation has one (typo?) possible issue when it says: "setting ZE_FLAT_DEVICE_HIERARCHY to 1" in the [https://spec.oneapi.io/level-zero/latest/core/PROG.html#affinity-mask](https://spec.oneapi.io/level-zero/latest/core/PROG.html#affinity-mask) section.
