bMotion can cause eggdrop to run out of memory with low ulimit

Will be due to the pre-compiling of plugin strings. Should add an option (automatically detect?) to disable the compilation to reduce memory usage.

Let bot talk in its sleep

Currently when the bot is asleep bMotionDoAction mutes all output, so there's no way for e.g. doRandomStuff to have the bot talk in its sleep.

At the moment, restarting SimpleMonitor (when a simple config HUP won't do) causes all state for monitors to be lost, so that monitors which are currently failing trigger a failure...

HTML logger should use XHR to update page

Instead of reloading the whole page, the HTML logger should write a JSON file which the HTML page fetches with XHR to refresh the page.
