chiming in because I could really use setting `multiLevelRepo` for all artifacts rather than pasting it everywhere.

I don't have an issue setting the default repo, I have an issue having to put `multiLevelRepo` in every artifact declaration everywhere in my monorepo.

Runners continuously get terminated immediately with my custom runner image and custom cert

Also having this same issue with a custom runner container. Unsure what the workaround is.
