I moved this tool and the opacities.py tool to a folder titled 'analysis_tools' - that's why 2 new files are appearing instead of 1

It's been a while since this was discussed last, can we get some demo or minimum working example commands or something for how to use it?

Closing this for now. The idea is sound, but we need to update the InteractionRadiusPlotter tool first

We are still interested in this generally. So we are not closing it, in the hopes that one of us (or a student/new contributor) picks it up and completes it

I will revisit this soon and try to get it to a merge-able state

We would like to resume this and get it merged. We need to investigate why some tests are failing -- any ideas?

@jayantbhakar Can you try rebasing this PR? There have been changes to the testing framework, and we would like to see if we can get these outstanding failing tests resolved.
