Adding the jitsi to the admins list on the main muc resolved this issue for me also (jitsi w/ jwt). Thanks @damencho!

This PR gives me a massive performance increase with reading (in chunks) a fairly large JSON file. Would love to see this merged in! Thanks for the PR @DomiR
