I'm reopening this because I'm unable to get the CI bots the correct permissions to run on my primary organization fork (#40).

You can also use [ephemeral nodes](https://tailscale.com/kb/1111/ephemeral-nodes/) when you create auth keys. Nodes are automatically pruned from your Tailnet after some period of inactivity.

This feature was marked as having been completed in 2.12, but it is not anywhere on the 2.12 branch. I think we need to move it to 2.13 now.
