Looks like they are blocking all ec2 servers, which heroku runs on. Just hearing this from multiple discord channels and from other libraries.

What I did was just set my location to times square and waited 5 minutes or so. If you don't get anything from that then it may not be working.

@kmoe Yeah I incorporated your new way of using attachments. You can actually send up to 25 attachments to slack.

@kmoe Yeah, I am on the poke.io discord channel and a lot of people are seeing it on there. They may not have discovered the server that yours is running...

I re based and added in some better docs.
