I've reproduced this and note that presolve performs one action for value up to 10^12, and a different action for 10^13 (and beyond, I guess). For value up to 10^12,...

I've reproduced the behaviour with `latest`, and note that with `presolve=off` HiGHS gets a solution with the optimal objective value of `-4052.7422`. There are bugs in presolve to be fixed....

With `latest`: - First (`1725a.mps`) is incorrectly identified as infeasible in presolve, and solved correctly with `--presolve=off`. Error is in reduction 851/861 - First (`1725b.mps`) gets wrong optimal objective value...

I'll discuss this with @galabovaa, but who still uses 32-bit platforms? Maybe it makes more sense to restrict HiGHS to 64-bit platforms.
