Going to defer this for now...sounds like we want to be "content-specific" with licenses, and do something like the attributions project to display the license as defined in the header.

I've been looking at this in the context of Brill / Scholarly Editions...am getting very close to a solution!

This is worth revisiting across sv-pdl, scaife-viewer-atlas and scaife-cts-api. ATLAS introduces a `DATA_MODEL_ID` field to help capture schema changes. I think it'd be nice to more selectively "bust" caches (local...
