The SDL version of CEmu itself doesn't use multiple threads, but SDL definitely does.

Hardware, CEmu just always uses the new value right now.

This repros intermittently, needs investigation.

Yes, due to technical issues that will take a while to sort out, there are no CEmu dev builds available at this time.
