There isn't really need for litebans support as I handle bans in such a way that is incompatable with litebans. Unless you're talking about importing bans from litebans.

Better for a separate plugin? There'd be no need if you disable banning on Catalyst. Same applies for the Bridge.

This will be added in 0.2.3, I have it implemented in the code just forgot to properly add it to the config.

Catalyst has yet to be updated for Velocity 3.0.0.
