I can also confirm this is present in `4.7.4`. Our current "fix" is also to delete the `tsconfig.tsbuildinfo` file. [Github link to relevant code](https://github.com/grafana/grafana/blob/v9.0.0/packages/grafana-data/src/types/datasource.ts#L340-L348)
