Is there a way to adjust the auto-complete suggestion list? I tried setting the size when I create the object with CGRect but it didn't work.

Added voice tag to allow using Amazon Polly voices

Is it possible to set an image for the thumb, like the default UISlider? I noticed this inherits from UIControl, not UISlider, which is why setThumbImage is not available.
