For mac this is no problem, because temperature is displayed next to the precipitation. I will keeping an eye out how to solve this issue for windows/linux user.

Fixed the problem for now. Like @bhdouglass said, the google maps timezone api has exceeded their limit of 2500 requests a day. I provided a API Key for this service...
