When return to address input box, screen reader is picking up the placeholder text instead of the value in the box

Alert user what to do next, add a heading and some instructions Add alert or message when loging out

Can't tab into map - maybe a non-issues if none of the map items are links. This is main for keyboard users. Is it possible to list the drains.
