The [sbt distributions](http://dl.bintray.com/sbt/native-packages/sbt) used in sbtenv-install have md5 sums but [sbtenv-install is only able to handle sha1 sums](https://github.com/sbtenv/sbtenv/blob/master/plugins/sbt-install/bin/sbtenv-install#L53). Ideally, sbtenv-install should check downloaded tarballs against their md5 sums.

The current instructions only apply to apps based on Andross boilerplate.
