I agree with @kudapara, I don't want to remember some command line options, but from click or some btn, to manage my task.

any progress about this issue?

maybe `private/Incubating` chain should move to the candidates list, not to the public list

@bigint I have removed some `any` notation (still remain some API Level need to be removed), can you give me some review of it? #537
