Hello @nuharaf, I also stumble the same problem. What I did to solve the problem was I re-clip the data (from Indonesia.pbf) using Osmosis and .poly files, and it works....

I saw similar functionality on [OSM Reporter](http://osm.kartoza.com/?bbox=20.116653442382812,-34.13113150278439,20.762100219726562,-33.93196649986436&obj=building) built by Kartoza. They also provide the source code for this in [Github](https://github.com/kartoza/osm-reporter) if it helps.
