Is there any possibility for a new design (UI/UX) and maybe capabilities for custom templates? Something like: https://hexdocs.pm/ecto/Ecto.html

Right now it only pass `ctx.req` down to pino http. Things like `ctx.request.body` are left out. Was that intentional?
