I've also ran into this issue using the Docker image `rocketchat/rocket.chat:5.0.0`. This issue affects new, but also old messages created on earlier versions of the server.

This issue seems to be related to the new message template. Enabling the "Use legacy message template" setting, as explained in [this comment](https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat/issues/26475#issuecomment-1222291767) in #26475 also fixed the avatar emoji...

FileNotFoundError when trying to do anything

@Decapitater, can you please test with the latest code? I believe I had this same error once, but it no longer appears after PR #5.
