Waiting for [tools-golang#172](https://github.com/spdx/tools-golang/pull/172) in order to apply. Meanwhile, partially covered by [Abstract SPDX version from the go parser](https://github.com/vmware-samples/sbom-composer/commit/d50cbec97f7e60a8dc12f09026e907050de8e157).

Hi @mwestphal , this is a bug in [tools-golang](https://github.com/spdx/tools-golang/issues/96) which should be fixed with 0.4 planned for Dec 31st.

Can I work on library support for deprecations?
