Feature request: PrusaLink 0.7.0 for Prusa Mini+

It would be beneficial to have a possibility to install the latest PrusaLink (currently 0.7.0) on Original Prusa Mini+ with ESP Wi-Fi module with already installed latest firmware (currently 4.4.1).

solve.td() produces the output  I guess we can to remove it in the main branch.

Line `self._cuda_module = cuda_compiler.SourceModule(cuda_code, options=['-std=c++11'])` in `svirl/parallel/startup.py` sometimes generates a warning
