The bot currently has about 114 translations if I remember correctly, whereas Quran.com API offer about 141 (iirc). Some translations such as `suhel` aren't offered by the API anymore too....
Currently the time format is in the 24 hr clock but perhaps it is beneficial for an optional boolean argument to have it as 12 hr format instead
