'needs info' isn't necessarily a label for whoever reports the issue - it's for us internally so we can do our own investigations to work out how to prioritise this...
It's not defined as a standard SMuFL glyph (https://w3c.github.io/smufl/latest/tables/dynamics.html). But there's nothing stopping you creating an _ffp_ string (or, for that matter, _ffffppp_ or whatever you like).
