Rigidbody sinks kinetic rigidbody when it moves randomly

I tested on bepu impl( https://github.com/Nicogo1705/BepuPhysicIntegrationTest ), the problem has not occurred so far.

In CodeLibrary project, it's better to let user choose target platform

"uap10" is not supported by Stride nuget packages, so "uap10" should be removed at least.

as of the current investigation,another version of roslyn types cannot be casted to another one, so if this feature will be supported, I must use reflection heavily.
