Isotoxin already do it. But only with Isotoxin-Isotoxin connections. This can be done compatible in context of https://github.com/irungentoo/toxcore/issues/1519

There is problem in toxcore. After few hours toxcore stops any network activity. It happens if tor proxy used. My workaround - total recreation of Tox object if no connection...
