I think it is a Thunderbird issue. Using Cardbook Add-On in Thunderbird shows the groups as Categories.

I assume it is a mdm configuration and not related to the developer account

I replaced the actual username by "username" and other non relevant information for privacy reasons. I have to clarify something else; I have 2 different domains for the same server....
