[BUG] Cannot read property 'focus' of undefined on modal close

I ran across the same issue and I was calling `ngxModalService.open('modalName')`. When I changed it to `ngxModalService.getModal('modalName').open()`, the error didn't happen again.

@LinusU potentially, but I was able to get my app approved after submitting another build with changes to my project source code. It was hit or miss with this issue.
