Same issue here with macOS Mojave 10.14.5 but in my case the app is crashing no matter if the "Start Noti on system startup" is checked. The log is generated...
I've managed to reply WhatsApp notifications and to archive a mail from Gmail without issues. Maybe the crash affects only the Pushbullet test notification.
Also crashing with Telegram notifications
