I have the same issue, but on Python 3.8.10 This issue doesn't seem to be happening on 3.10.4

I have the same issue on Pop OS 21.10. Restarting Unity did not fix the issue. I installed it on a Windows 10 PC and there were no issues.

I think this is more of a Unity issue. I might be wrong.
