@mtinberg just a note: i cannot see anywhere installing the "centos-release-scl" package on CentOS 7 to be able to install rh-python38 packages. I think the "centos-sclo-*" repos are not enabled...

@tyler-8 how will you provide python3.8 other way on redhat7-based distros? IMO building the package locally is even worse.

Just a thougth for the uwsgi in venv: if you plan to support RHEL7/CentOS7 and Netbox3, the uwsgi from the distro will not work. I have a running Netbox 3.4.1...

Actually i tested it on CentOS7 with rh-python38 and Netbox 3.4.1. This setup works, i did the same thing what @tyler-8 mentioned in his opening comment. Unfortunately i cannot test...
